Gourmet E-Bike Tour: Val de Tamié

Starting from Faverges, this e-bike experience (included) takes you on a journey through an authentic region where nature, craftsmanship, and gourmet pleasures come together.

The route begins gently through the valley before reaching the first slopes leading up to the Col de Tamié—a steady and accessible climb winding through forests and alpine pastures. Along the way, the scenery gradually opens up to the surrounding mountain ranges, offering a fully immersive Savoyard landscape experience.

En route, a stop at a local pottery workshop provides a unique insight into traditional craftsmanship. Participants will observe the artisan’s precise techniques and learn about the different stages involved in creating these handmade pieces.

The ride then continues toward Tamié Abbey, where a well-deserved break allows you to take in one of the region’s most beautiful panoramas. On a clear day, you can admire the distant silhouette of Mont Blanc rising majestically above the mountains.

After the effort comes a well-earned treat: participants will enjoy a fun, hands-on workshop to make their own artisan ice cream. Everyone will create and taste their own ice cream on site, surrounded by an exceptional natural setting. Finally, we’ll gently glide back down into the valley to end this memorable escape.
