Discover the Viaduct / History of the Valley and the CEN train

Short ride along the Giffre – Pont du Diable – Gorges du Giffre

Explore the village / Chef-Lieu, on foot and by bike, to reach the listed site of the church, Sisters’ House, and Presbytery, with first panoramas of the Mont Blanc range – Traditional housing / Agropastoral life and presentation of Mieussy cheese dairy

Departure for Taninges, passing Arno’s Escargotière – tasting stop

Discover the hamlet of Flérier in Taninges, the first historic center of the village

Pass by Lake Flérier and start the greenway Au Fil du Giffre to reach Taninges

Discover the town of Taninges: Middle Ages, Renaissance… Jacquemard trail, “traboules,” waterwheel, Sainte-Anne Chapel. History of the town and its connection to Praz de Lys via the Pavés. Saint-Jean Baptiste Church

Mélan Charterhouse: picnic in the park

Visit the park of monumental sculptures and the Charterhouse (depending on opening dates)

Greenway to Morillon and gourmet break by the Giffre

Return to Taninges via the right bank of the Giffre / Verchaix – Discover the traditional hamlet of Jutteninges Le Grand

Cross Taninges then climb via Les Suets d’En Haut for a stop at Vers Château (medicinal and aromatic plants) – herbal tea tasting

Return to Mieussy, cheese tasting and meet the Thônes and Marthod sheep flock above the church with refreshments, Mont Blanc views, and end of the day
